How It Works
Step 1 - Owner Interview
Interview with owner to assess the organization's commitment to customer service quality.
Step 2 - Credentials Verification
Initial prescreen for appropriate license and insurance coverage.
Step 3 - Reputation/Background Review
Cross reference with the BBB and other available public information for current standing and reputation (BBB membership not required).
Step 4 - Reference review
Survey past customers against a customer service quality standard. Survey measures customer's perceptions in the following 5 areas; Responsiveness, Professionalism, Expertise, Overall Quality of Service and Follow up. Minimum score required to be considered.
Step 5 - Board Recommendation
Top Notch Membership review board assesses results and makes final recommendation for certification.
Step 6 - Ongoing Customer Survey Feedback
Ongoing Customer Service assessment based on direct customer feedback with established minimum scores for each of the 5 customer service attributes above.
