The Top Notch Home Maintenance Plan can cover any home maintenance need. We do as little or as much as you wish. We can coordinate and schedule any home related task including changing air conditioning filters, scheduled carpet cleaning, window washing, gutter cleaning, leaf removal, chimney cleaning, lawn aeration, power-washing, mulching, aphalt sealing, irrigation winterization, etc. We can even take care of up putting up and taking down Christmas decorations!

Here's how it works
1. Contact our office at 804-381-4003 to schedule an appointment at your home to review your maintenance needs and interests.
2. A Top Notch Home Maintenance Plan professional will meet and assess your maintenance interests, during this visit you will be able to choose from a variety of home maintenance tasks. The program is completely customizable to your needs. You choose how much or how little you want us to handle.
3. We provide a quote based on an annual service. You can add or delete services at any time and plan will be reviewed on an annual basis.
4. Discuss your specific scheduling and notification needs (primarily for interior activities).
5. We handle the rest! You will be given a custom maintenance calendar showing not only what we will be handling for you and when but also a reminder of those tasks you decide to handle yourself.
